It's of the Northwest Bypass and not far from the fair grounds. If your are at the light by the fire station at the NW corner of the fairgrounds you will see 2 gas stations, SAMs Club, and Burger King. Take a left at that light. You will go through another light. HalfTime is the sports bar on the right maybe 1/2 a mile down the road.
