351 Aftermarket intake manifold and heads
I have a 1995 F150 that the po ran 100% water in for many years (texas) and it rotted away some of the coolant tubes faster than normal, one of the heater pipes for the intake manifold broke and I doubt I can remove it without it breaking all the way. I've been wanting a little bit more power without doing anything crazy, a ecu chip or larger injectors isn't a big deal. A mild efi friendly camshaft may be installed at a later date, the engine currently has 235,000 miles and runs good.
Here is a few pictures of the leak...
I put some water putty on it about 6,000 miles/1 yr ago and its doing fine but I want to fix it correctly. You guys may talk me into just trying to repair what I have anyways
I thought about some affordable aluminum edelrock heads and maybe a matching intake manifold, short tube headers. I would like to feel a decent increase of power and keep my current 12mpg average in the mountains.
