Hello, my name is Jack Daye. As others here I am a devoted Ford fan. Currently in my yard is a 1997 E 250 with a 4.2, a 2007 Mustang GT/CS, and the star, 1976 F 250 Hi Boy. Hi Boy has been banged up due to another idiot driver and we are now starting to possibly put her back in shape.
I have been in the automotive industry in one shape or form for about 20 years, mostly in parts, and am looking forward to sharing some of my experiance over the years if it will help someone else avoid some of the situations I have put myself in in the past. Like replacing original plugs in the Mustang and having the second one break off and scare the living mess out of me until I learned it is a factory defect and instead of a recall, a special tool was created called a "Ford spark plug removal tool". I am no auto tech, but will help anyone in anyway I can.
