New Wheels. TPMS Procedure?

New Wheels. TPMS Procedure?
I've read a few TPMS threads in a search but still unsure. If I replace my wheels and tires on my '13 F350, how do I go about with the TPMS issue? Can I just remove and re-use my stock ones? If so, is it just like removing a valve stem?
If its totally different, what's the procedure? Do I need to go to Ford or can I get some from AutoZone or somewhere similar?

The sending units on your tires are likely inside the rim (as opposed to ones that screw on like a valve stem cap). You need to talk to the shop that will install your tires. Unless there are unusual design restrictions, they should be able to get your sending units on the new wheels for you without any complications. Ask the people your buying the wheels from too.
