67 ranchero 1/4 repair

Hey everyone I'm new here looking for some suggestions on rear 1/4 repair on my 67 ranchero. I have a rusty wheel lip on the drivers side about 8 inches long, upon further looking I also need inner wheel houses. I can't seem to find any repair pannels , will fairlane ones work? Or will I have to fab some. Thanks jake

Welcome to FTE

dearbornclassics.com has 1966/67 1/4 panel patch panels.

The inner wheelhouses are the same: 1966/69 Fairlane, 1968/69 Torino & 1966/70 Falcon...all except station wagon.

Be aware that all 1957/79 Ranchero's can be rust buckets...and some of it is hidden from view.

Below the Ranchero bed pan is the sedan floor pan that includes the 2nd seat foot and seat wells, spare tire well.

Ford used caulk to seal the floor pan to the Ranchero's front/side panels.

Caulk chips off, water seeps in, rust begins...because there are no drain holes in the sedan floor pan for the water to escape.
