Well yesterday I had a coil fail and vehicle ran horrible which was a no brainer and I had an engine light, went to autozone and got codes p1151&p1152, rich and lean on bank 2. The motor has 130k miles and no egr 5.4 2v , it is my second motor, the owner before me removed cat converter and I'm lacking 02 sensors , how do I go about fixing these codes and my rough idle
