Best tire size for my application

I recently got an 09 f350 lariat 4x4 v10, it has the stock 18" conti's which suck,
I got some stock 2012 rims and tires with 275-65-20's, I need new tires on them, I at the most will do a 2.5 level at sometime, I will rarely go off road and the 4x4 will help me pulling my 4500lb boat off the wet ramp.
I mostly drive on road and like a quiet tire. I am not too fond of the michelin at2 except for wear, my last truck I had one blow while towing and did 2800.00 damage to my truck, Michelin paid but the traction sucked, I tow a 30 ft weekend warrior toyhauler 2-3 times a year about 1000k in a year.

I had an 06 gmc duramax 2500 before, now I have the f350 v10 I have yet to hook up the trailer to it. it will squat even with the LD hitch.

I'd like some beefier tires but I'm thinking they may rub when towing and don't want to kill my mileage (towing or not) Go the stock 275-65-20? 295-65-20 or 325-60-20?
My tire of choice only comes in 275/65/20 Cooper dicoverer at3 ( I want quiet) the only other tires I may run is the nitto terra grappler or hankook atm, my main thing is noise, I want quiet.
