Not really.. I had help tonight for the most part, my boss. They have started interviews for the spring crunch.. Better known as the 100 days of H E double L..

Yes I will but I will be training and delegating work tasks, at least that is what the boss expects of me.

That they did.. They gave me a lot of responsibility for a Loader. My boss keeps wanting to change me to a CSA.
