Like our military, these trucks served our country well during their time. First off, it was our people that built them. The parts to build them were all made in this country by our people. If you had it, used it, worked in it, drove on the pavement or whatever, a truck brought it. So when I see one that has survived and is roadworthy and basically unmodified, I think it is so awesome. If only they could talk !!

...That cab over has a 1988 licence tag on it, sitting in plain view in a small town. Empty abandoned yard. I'm surprised its still sitting there. I was just passing thru there, no time to check on it. Will be back that way in a couple weeks so will investigate it further. Also note ... Its a Mercury. And check those big time mirrors on it....

I would love to no end to have one of those 1953 F350 Express pickups but Nebraska is just a bit too far away to go get anything right now.

I figured I'd throw in my F500...it was quite derelict when I got it for sure.

Thanks gigger! I wish I could save as many as sstans has! I like the big trucks. Im building a barn in a few weeks which will allow more space for more toys. I see another Farmall in my near future. More pics to come! (Gotta shrink them down)
