Sorry I can't make it over to help Rich. Heading back to the house to do laundry and pack then headed to Louisville this afternoon. Would much rather build a deck then drive all day.

No worries, we got all but 2 or 3 of boards for the joist around the pool in. I will be working on that tonight and hopefully start laying deck board Tuesday or Wednesday. Still have 3 sets of steps and railing to get done this coming weekend.

Got a good sunburn yesterday though....Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Newport Tennessee now. Well be packing up tomorrow and heading to mammoth cave tomorrow morning. There's a lot to do here. My daughter has been dying to go to a walk through aquarium. We're at the hotel and she still doesn't even know we're a half a mile away from the aquarium

That's not God's country, that's black fly and mosquito country. Lol. Just kidding. Traverse City has become Little Kalifornia in the last 20 years. The locals don't even know what happened. All in the name of progress the crowd says...

Sorry to hear about the mosquitoes. I stopped telling people how awesome Traverse was around 1998. Too late unfortunately. Somehow Rich still made it up here. Lol.

I love it up there. Just wish there was a little more work going on. The home inspection gig would have done ok up there, but that is just in the crawling stages right now.

10 days to get the house as done as I can. Should have the deck finished up this weekend, going to start laying deck boards tonight. Cutting around the pool should be fun (and time consuming).

What's happening all, did the pine river with a bunch of over 25 year olds. Was originally supposed to have been no kids, but I guess at sometime kids come. Great time at the camp, then the river. For anyone who has not gone down the pine, it appears to be a 34 beer trip. Love this event. Next week, up to th up, then mackinaw island.
