Congrats Chandler!!! Gotta see some pics.

*** MPG Update ***
Filled up the truck for the first time. 452 miles on first tank of gas. Filled up with 29 gallons. 15.5 MPG. Sunday we had 12 to 15" of snow, temps near zero. Meaning, I have been warming up the truck everymorning and driving in four wheel drive. Once the weather calms down hoping the MPG goes up.

If it makes you feel any better my fuel economy has been down around 20% with the cold weather and snow. In the summer I typically see 20 MPG on my commute to work and back. Similar trips this past week have netted me around 16. My driving style is the same and I'm still cruising at 65 MPH. Cold weather really hurts fuel economy.

I am sorry if covered but I cant find it. How can I find my lifetime fuel mileage without knowing lifetime gas burned? Is it on the computer somewhere I cant find?

A lot of folks never reset the "B" trip odometer.

I use the "A" as a normal trip odometer and the "B" has never been reset since new, so it is showing my lifetime.

Some of the more **** folks have complete spreadsheets or apps that track it.

FTFY

I'm guilty of tracking every tank. I've done that for all of my vehicles since March of 2010 in an Excel spreadsheet and on the website Fuelly.com. I track per-tank on Trip A and per oil change on Trip B. Lifetime data I gather from my spreadsheet or Fuelly.

mine has been a dismal 12.5 or so lately, but you have to take into account the winter blend gas, the fact that I remote start it for almost fifteen minutes every morning , and its been stupid cold here recently with a ton of snow..and for the poster who said these motors hate to idle, you got that right...you can watch it go down very quickly...not worried tho..warm weather is only a half a year away

I love Fuelly.com so much so that the wife won't fill up her car anymore because I want to track all the data. My banner below links to her ride, the 06 we traded and the new Plat that I haven't put a tank through yet.

Fuelly is an OUTSTANDING resource even if you don't log your own usage. There's tons of great data, and the sample size is significant for popular vehicles like the F150. It's great being able to compare your fuel economy with like vehicles as well as get an idea of fuel economy before a purchase.

ON edit: Wow Chandler, you must do lots of city driving!

Correct!
I live 5.6 miles from the office. I have two options, one of which is 55mph interstate for 3.2 miles of the trip. The other is a variety of 35 and 45 mph zones, past two schools with 7-10 lights depending on the last 2 miles and my intended path.
