Slight Miss / Rough Idle

2003 F150 5.4 72852 miles

I have a Rough Idle & sometimes a hesitation or stumble on acceleration.
I cleaned the MAF & IAC motor & Air & Fuel Filters are new. I got a 20890 scanner & ran test 6 53 as suggested in many posts by BlueGrass. Here are My results & what They Convert to.

1 00F5 .3675
2 0051 .1215
3 0000
4 0000
5 00A3 .2445
6 0000
7 0000
8 0000

I'm guessing the cop's are ok & probably need plugs? I was hoping to just swap a coil. Too cold to do plugs & truck won't fit in my garage. Thanks

Cylinder 1 decimal count is 245.
#2 = 81.
#5 = 163.
What does the scanner say? High, low or ok!
Cylinder 1 is the first to address.
The rest are low.
Make some changes to those cylinders then run awhile.
It takes some time to refresh the counts.
Remember if these are not setting codes there under the radar so your nit picking the system.
A zero count on all cylinders is very good but may not always hold over time and still not cause any problems from very low counts.
Bad gas could be the cause then go away after awhile.
Good luck.

I didn't notice at first so I did it again. They All say OK. I have a couple ebay coils. I may swap out #1 if it warms up a little.
Thanks for Your Help, BlueGrass.
