Funny.... This whole wheel thing for the crown vic suspension is killing me... Don't wana look like a Mexican mobile here in California with giant wheels and small rubber (no offense intended).... Im going with a two tone blue and white paint scheme. Dark blue. And my original thought was 15" cragar soft 8 black wheels... But those I found out wont fit... So now I found that they make cragars with a big offset in 17's.... But will that look retarted. I cant find any 16's I like. Or very many at all with the right amout of offset
These are 17s in the new soft 8 model. its called something else but they are mega offset soft 8's

Any idea what brand of wheels these are? I believe this is a mustang 2 front end. Which I assume is narrower then CV? I really love that look though

Now lets say I go with 16 or 17 torque thrusts.... Don't seem to make deep ones for the rear... Ill have bigger tires in the back so need a little bit of a - offset I believe....

I bought Torque Thrust II for my fridge, and I learned that the cast aluminum come in fixed sizes, but if you go with the chrome-plated steel wheels you can pretty much spec out the diameter and back spacing. They're a little more money that way, but you get exactly what you need. Check it out.

front 18x8 with 235 55 18
rear 18x9 with 255 55 18
You don't have to get super low profile tires just because you want a larger diameter tire
Forgive the barrel in the engine bay I am setting the ride hight to weld in my 4 link so I put about 700lbs in the engine bay to see how much the new lowering coil springs I ordered. So thats the full CV drop with spacers on top of frame and 2" lowering springs

Thanks you soooo much! This is the perfect picture. This is the look I want g
Where did you buy those wheels? And what brand of tire? Also I see that you got lowering springs... How close to ur ride height can I get the stock springs by adjusting where the spacer or whatever is on install?

I think AR got bought out, when I bought Tourque Thrusts for my 32 they had a custom shop that would build any wheel offset you wanted with a extra charge and wait of course.

I actually think I can get away with American muscle.com front wheels in a 18x8, and then get American racing wheels for the rear in a 18x9 or a 18x10 with a 24 mm offset.... I think with a stock rear axle it will work but not sure...Idk how to measure to see how big of a tire I can fit before it sticks out of the fender or rubs the frame..

They are 15s on mine. A little bigger diameter tire on the back I think put rear at 29s and front at 27s. BF Goodrich was only tire I could get different sizes that look the same.
