Oil leak by the turbo questions

I found an oil coming out of the hole on the turbo mount where the waste gate pushrod comes through. Can anybody tell me where it is coming from and how hard it is to fix

That is the EBPV (exhaust back pressure valve) actuator rod. You can gut the rod and plunger out of the pedestal and tap the hole and plug it with a pipe plug. Unplugged the connector under the driver side of the turbo that activates the solenoid that lets the oil into that part of the pedestal, and either gut the flapper from the exhaust outlet on the turbo, or just tie it open.

Sorry about the multiple posts. I'm using the app and it wouldn't let me post. Next thing I know there is 3 posts for it. Thanks for the info. Is there anyway to repair it

Riff raff has a rebuild kit. I believe you have to pull the turbo and pedestal to get to it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I gutted mine and cut if off the pedestal so it's easier to get to the pedestal bolts for future repair.
