06 F150 DIY strut change question
Hello all.
06 F150, 2WD. Looking to but the Rancho Quick Lift assembled struts for the front and shocks for the rear.
The rear is straightforward on replacement so there is no worry.
But, I have never dealt with strut replacement. These are complete with spring installed, so I don't have to take it apart.
I have not attempted it yet. But it looks like control arms need to be removed from the spindle. if a ball joint is to be 'knocked' out, how is this done with no damage? Any help before I start this would be great.
