I've parted a few 73-79 Ford F-Series trucks over the years and have a bunch of parts kicking around collecting dust. Here is a partial list of some of the items:

Tony, I do have the hinges and regulator. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow of the hinges, the regulator is still in the door. Would $50 for both the regulator and hinges work?

Dave, I'm going to be cutting one of the trucks in half soon and I'll try to salvage that rear harness for you.

Drama, I have 300-6 perches which I think might be the same as 460 perches.
