1983 E250 Club Wagon 6.9L Diesel Blower Motor issues!

Hey everyone I am new on the forums. I am having issues with a blower motor not working on my 1983 Ford Econoline E250 Club Wagon. It is the 6.9L Diesel model with dual batteries. I was getting no response from my blower motor on any speed so I replaced the fuse, the blower motor itself, the connectors to the motor and resistor, and the speed switch. I checked the yellow wire that connected to the orange wire on the blower motor itself and was getting 12v but still no blower. I tried to just ground the black wire from the motor and still nothing. The resistor looks fine and the motor does'nt run at all so I don't think it is the resistor. I have looked everywhere for the relay and finally found one on the drivers side next to the second battery. The only relays I can find pics of online have three pins and this one has 4. Any ideas? Is this a blower relay or maybe a relay for something else? It seemed to me that if I was getting power to the motor the relay was'nt the problem but I'm no expert that's for sure. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
