For the record, people on craigslist **** me off. Now this dude tells me that he isn't going to be available until late in the week, after he said I could come by tonight, and he knows I am going north on Wednesday. What is wrong with people......Don't list crap for sale if you are not ready to sell it.....

Nice buck. I'd consider harvesting him if he walked under my stand........

 

What's a bummer is that I've seen a very similar buck a couple years ago on my old road as it stepped up onto the road. It says it was shot by Kingsley.

i really wish i could just whack a doe and get it over with, fill my freezer and get back to waterfowling. can't eat the horns as far as i'm concerned.

 

Does are better eating anyway. My problem is It's just no challenge to shoot one. It would be the waterfowl equivalent of a duck landing on your blind. A buck will still make excellent jerky fyi......

 

I hope to go out this weekend since we got the dog a week early my weekend is opened back up. Rich, you coming out this week or should I swing by?
