Rear heater not working

I have 2005 4x4 6.0 excursion . The rear heater stop working . I just get cold air in the back seats. Has anyone had this problem.

Do you have any coolant leak? The auxiliary heater tube may be clogged if there are not leaks. If that is what it is, I sure hope the aluminum tubing is ok. If not, good luck finding a replacement. My shock boot on passenger front side rubbed a hole in the aluminum and I am having a very hard time finding the part. Getting it spot welded today as a quick fix. (Ford service center told me they quit manufacturing the part).

If he could figure out which one is which maybe some water from a hose backwards might help.

both hoses coming from the coil are hot

it could be the rear blend door? If it's stuck in "cold" it won't pull air through the heated heater core?
From what I read, the same motor is used to change from floor to ceiling vents as hot/cold.. Post up pictures of what you find!

Thankfully, I haven't had to mess with this (yet).
