Thanks for all the responses guys. To reference in me taking my 350 mudding and all that. That is not the intent for my post. I guess my post was confusing. I am just simply looking to make it so my rig can hold it's own offroad because I go offroad in order to access hunting spots. Sure I could walk, but I have a truck so I will drive. Also, thanks for the info on the rear locking hubs, I feel like a moron now asking about it. Won't happen again.
Last question, What kind of suspension do I need to actually get "suspension" benefit instead of just a body lift. I am also only looking at doing a maximum of 2" lift, because I won't go through anything more that would require it. Thanks for the help guys, I'm a buddychap when it comes to offroading.

and like i said, it requires fabrication to make it work.
as Larry said, all it really does is adds another weak break point to the drive line

the only stupid questions are the ones that do not get asked because you are afraid of someone making fun of you for not knowing the answer.
and don't let these guys scare you off, they act life tough bullys, but are really just a bunch of hardcore offroad wheelers that like to talk smack to each other.
(they are really window lickers that take the short bus to the special ed high school, but don't want anyone to know this fact.)

35s fit on a SD stock. No reason for tires any larger than that for what you want to do. = no lift of any type necessary. Every part on that truck is as good as it gets for 35" tires also. It will hold its on by comparison to other 8-9000lb trucks.
If you want to spend $ buy a winch, 15000lb and a wench , 125lb
