Since the weather decided to cooperate, I started reinstalling the flanges on the front. I got the two vertical end ones, and most of the right end arched one (4 bolts I need to put nuts on and tighten).
Well, between the snow someone sent for Tuesday (mixed drizzle and flurries) and cold as all get out yesterday, I finally was able to take pictures of where I am. I had gotten the long upper flange on the right side and the curved section on the left. Today I put the long upper flange on the left, after doing a transaxle service on the van (it and the owner were both whining).
I was able to get the left short flange up yesterday, today I got the right short flange and the top piece on. I needed to get these done before the lovely weather some people who shall remain nameless sent for the next few days.
My daughter explained to me that the only way I'd be seeing pics of my grandkids would be on FB. So, I got on. I'm Matt's friend and saw his travails, or those of others, going to work today. And, some old codger said something about "those people learning", although I don't remember quite what was said.
As for cold, it'll be close to zero here tomorrow morn, and the wind chill will be well below.
