No Steve. The river has come down some but it's still high and muddy. I did go out yesterday and had one on for a bit. A couple hits but not very active.

They could. It is still a warm time here. Luckily I have today and tomorrow off. Had to bury the cat and found some yellow jackets. They reminded me of how mean they are. So I moved the burial site.

Yes they are mean. We have had a season here where they have been worse than normal. Last year wasn't too bad.

They got me on both elbows and the palm of my hand where I smacked one.. I am a tad sore right now.

Yes they do hurt. I have not been stung in a few years now. Pretty happy about that.
