Warm hellos from Arizona
Hi!
Due to the sudden and untimely death of a friend, I am in the process of buying her horse-hauling rig, part of which is a 1990 F350 7.3 diesel crew cab 4x4.
Thought I should do some learning, as I've never owned a Ford or a diesel before. I'm not much of a wrench myself & am lucky to have a mobile mechanic who will come work out of my driveway, but I like to understand what's going on with my vehicles.
My usual hauling vehicle is a 1976 International Loadstar 1600 gasser with a Frank Imperatore 3-4 horse box. I'm ready to move up to something a little newer!
I don't have pix yet of the truck, but will be sure to post when I do.
Thanks,
Amy

Heya there ladies, it saddens me to hear under which circumstances you joined, but I'm glad you did (both of you). Welcome to FTE Amy! you know who I'm talking to ;-).
It seems like you already know your way around so I'll let you ladies be. Btw, check the AZ chapter here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum80/
