I'm looking to install an aftermarket exhaust system (cat-back system) on my '01 F-250/6.8L/V10. I'm looking for recommendations....Ideally, I'd love to find a system where I don't have to remove the spare tire, and still have a dual exhaust where the tailpipes exit on the side (aft of the rear tires). Any ideas?

 

What do you think an aftermarket exhaust system will do for you?

 

virtually nothing...maybe a small gain in horsepower/torque...but in all actuality that isn't even a concern of mine....I simply want it for auditory reasons....

 

On all my V10s I have just replaced the muffler and added a tip. Its already Mandrel bent up and over the axle and its a good size. I have done the FM 40 and it sounded good but droned. I have an aeroturbine 3030 on my V10 now and love it. Sounds amazing and no drone at all.
