Is F75Z-6C324-JA the correct one or is this for a different year or engine? Also does it come with the PCV valve?

 

I was just out looking at the setup and looks like there are two lines. Off the PCV valve there is a 90 elbow to a plastic Y. One leg of the Y looks like it goes back to the idle air control valve. the other leg goes up to the back elbow between the intake and the throttle body.

The rubber elbow that connects to the part behind the throttle body is what I have to replace.

 

1. So does anybody know if this is the correct part for my year truck and engine?
2. What is the part number for the line going up to the throttle body?
3. I have to get the PCV valve separately don't I?
