No not this time. Next time out I think I will keep a few and do them on the bbq.

Let me know how that goes. It is hard to get trout here. There is some in Smith Lake And Madison County lake. But they are really buried deep this time of year.

I like that. That was my biggest unknown. How long to cook for. Gives me an idea or two of ingedents to use.
