Happy July! Just lit a fire in the back room stove to try to drive off some of the dampness. Can't recall when I had a july fire in the stove in many, many years. This rain is almost unbelievable! Garden, what garden? We don't need know stinkin' garden. I am just glad to have dry socks. There are leaks in the roof where there never have been. However, at this point the foundation appears to be standing firm. After all, it is just a 165 yr old pile of stones!
