Transfer case: new process, BW 1345, or BW 1356?

I just purchased a 96 F150 a few weeks ago with just under 100,000 miles. Not knowing how it was maintained before, I figure I would just change all of the fluids out: oil, transmission, transfer case, front/rear axle, and radiator. Looking at my Chiltons guide, under the capacities section, it gives different quantities for the transfer case:
New Process: 9 pts
BW 1345: 6.5 pts
BW 1356: 4 pts
Then it has a footnote: Add 4.1 qts to the above quantities if a transfer case mounted power take off (PTO) is used.

So, my question is how do I know what I have? I don't even know what a PTO is, or how to identify what kind of transfer case I have. For the record, I have a 96 F150, 4x4, 5 speed manual, Eddie Bauer, 300 straight six with 3.55 rear axle. TIA

You have the 1356, with no PTO. Only the HD trucks had a PTO.
