Brown Door Panel - 97 F-250 Crew Cab
In need of a BROWN Drivers Door Panel for a 1997 F-250 CREW CAB! It has to be Crew Cab because the electronics panel is bigger than the 2 door panel
Does anyone out there know of anyone that makes aftermarket door panels?? Or knows of where to get this specific one... Apparently they are obsolete... I've tried dealerships, NPD, LMC, junkyards, ebay, etc.
The only place I have found is a company in San Angelo, Tx called Coverlay. I spoke with them and they carry them. The only difference is the color may not be spot on and they put a cloth piece instead of the vinyl material around the electronic window controls. It comes with a jaw dropping price of $617 (which includes 2 panels)! I don't need 2 haha
Any info ya'll might have is appreciated. Or if any of you have purchased one from them and can vouch for them. Thanks!!!

You can actually take a brown one off a non crew cab. The center part of the door panel is plastiwelded on there. You can drill out the plastiwelds, pull out the swich panel and center section and replace it with a Crew Cab one of you have it. JB weld it back on, or you can even buy a plastic welder from a place like harbor freight

I didn't even think about that but the panel is pretty much a junker now. The top lip along the window is cracked and the and the clips are broken behind it for the piece that meets up with the window. The middle section that holds the electronics is messed up also. The clips inside there that you screw the electronics into are all broken... Its probably easier to just buy the aftermarket from Coverlay or keep scavenging the internet.
It may be worth a shot to buy the aftermarket panel and replace the cloth part with the vinyl material from my damaged one... don't know if that would work well tho.... or maybe send them the material and they could try putting it on when making the panel..
