Correct wheel offset foir lowered '66?

With a Ford truck disc conversion using '73-'79 F100 disc and spindles; what offset wheel do you run and tire size? Truck must be lowered 3" or more up front and use the original suspension design. I'm not sure if aftermarket beams are wider? Mine are factory beams.

Thanks!

i run djm beams, 225/75 15 on 15 by 7 rims. my back spacing is 3.5 the right rubs ever so slightly on driveways when turning. my spindles and brakes are off a 1979 f100.

hope that helps

Thanks Matt! I'm running the same rim and tire combo but was considering 8" wide rims with wider tires about the same height. Are the DJM beams wider than stock?

they are the same as the 79 beams i was running, no way on the wider rims unless its all on the inside! 4.5 backspacing. id love to run some 6's but no use changing while im running moon discs.

I like the look of my 7" steel wheels but they don't fit over the calipers.

Anyone else? Surely there's more lowered trucks here.
