Currently hsving the same issues...........checked FICM voltage low side KOEO 45.5v running it fluttered between 45.5 and 47.5v. So i went ahead and did the FICM repair.........better but not great still acting up.The FICM is holding @ 48.5v. But it did all start when filter change ........... changed oil went with the schafer 5w40 and royal purple filters. Then the ICP went out..........changed that.......then the FICM acted up.........repaired that.
now it is still finicky..........looking at the injecters.......but runs awesome when trans is warmed up???? should I run an oil conditioner?

sorry for that last post........repaired the FICM once..........anyway..........what I need to know , is there any relationship to the trans oil temp and the engine parameters.....because it just seems that once the trans fluid is warm we are good.....runs awesome........wondering if it a sensor on the trans ...........

Hi guys,
I didn't too much about the problems with my truck, I was in Las Vegas.
But I finally ordered the Scan Gauge 2 at the autozone. Will arrive tomorrow. I hope it's not too hard to adjust the SG2, but I found some videos.
Then I can see what all the sensor are telling us.

MAP:
KOEO: 12.6
Idle: 12.7
@ 2000 RPM: 16.2
At WOT: 18
VGT:
KOEO: No value displayed
Idle: 73
@ 2200 RPM: 50
I couldn't set up EBP, yet. Still fighting the SG2!
What was baro again? atmospheric pressure?
I recogniced one more confusing thing. Just came home after work. Let the truck idle for 10 seconds like always, before shutting it off. Truck started running rough, and the exhaust sound changed, hearable from inside the truck. Looked at the SG and VGT dropped to 13-15. After a couple seconds the truck idlet normaly again, and VGT raised to 70 again. What was that??

Ok, I checked the MAP and the hose, both look flawless.
Can't get EBP working with the SG. I checked it 3 times, all the numbers are correct.
I made a video of the VGT today. It's cycling in very big steps. Every time the VGT cycles, the exhaust sound changes. When it goes down to 14-15 the truck starts shaking a bit and runs rough. When the VGT rises, you can hear the turbo whistle gets louder. Have a straight pipe exhaust, that's why I can hear that.
Anything else to check? I won't stop working on the EBP values, though.

Oh yeah, the washer thing... Drives me crazy, too! I removed the fuel filter cap, a couple o days ago, and couldn't find the bend washer, so I removed the secondary fuel filter cap, but no washer, either!
Maybe the picture was from the primary fuel filter cap?
It's no fun to take that one apart, but I think I'll change the whole hfcm.
