Instrument Cluster?

I have a 2006 F150 Crew Cab. My dome light flashes on and off. My ebrake light flashes on and off .More rare than the previous two the ignition chime stays on after the key is pulled out. Both lights will go off if I slap the dash board above the cluster. I'm thinking the cluster may be bad . How can I test it? Thanks

This is almost not enough information for a post but here goes... I don't know about the dome light and the brake light, have you checked your brake fluid level, the low fluid switch will set off the light? Or perhaps a relay? or battery? I believe the ignition chime is unrelated. My 98' f-150 did it for the last 100k or so about 30% of the time very annoying. Now my 06' supercab with 137k on it just started doing it a few months ago three or four times so far I think it must be the switch in the key cylinder. Good luck
