Does any one know if the seats out of a 2013 F-250/F-350 with captain seats and the big middle console fit into our model trucks with out a lot of modifying? A friend of mine has a 2013 Platinum and I would really like those seats in my truck if possible.

I've asked this several times in the superduty forum (well I wanted the rear bench with all the storage and fold down capabilities). Nobody seems to have an answer.

I give the odds 50/50. From what I've seen Ford has kept some things consistent over the years and swaps are possible. My guess is that the seat rails line up but the center console will take some working.

I would head over to a friendly Ford dealer and ask if you could park next to a new one and take some measurements. You'd know pretty quick if it won't work.

 

I know on the OBS trucks that the front split seats with power and lumber and stuff have been swapped to the rear seat in a crew cab-I think they had to use the original brackets for the rear seat though......may be its the same on the Super Dutys

 

I think he would notice pretty quick on that one. Haha! Just by eye balling them it looks like they will bolt in but the center console will defiantly take some work I think? Glad to see i'm not the only one thinking about this.

 

There are several who put the 2008 seats in their trucks when the model was new. Do a search here and up in the super duty section for a 2008 seat swap. It should be the same as the 2013.

I prefer to keep my armrests and the center console with a clip on it, but to each their own.
