Back in the game
Hello from San Juan Island in the Pac. N.W. and yes...we have no bridges.
I'm Capt'n Phillips (yes...I really am a Captain ) and owner of Beast Customs, a motorcycle business here in the Pacific N.W. and co-founder of Ye Ole Trucker's formed in the mid 70's in SoCal. dedicated to 53-56 F-100's along with Jimmy Jines of California Customs and Porky of Porky's Classic's Supply.
I've been away from these rigs for a few decades but still remember Jimmy and I grafting some of the first sub frames under these trucks until we we're wondering around a junkyard in Whittier, Ca. and spotted a Volare with the front clip off. The rest is, as you know, history.
I'm thinkin of getting back to owning another 53-56 F-100 because I miss my ole trucks from back in the day. So, I hope to be a regular in here seeking advice and, if I can, offering what knowledge I garnered oh so long ago.
