Sorry, I forget not everyone knows what a steel detailer is. From wikipedia:
A steel detailer is a person who produces detailed drawings for steel fabricators and steel erectors. The detailer prepares detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking, etc.) used in the construction of buildings, bridges, industrial plants, and nonbuilding structures. A steel detailer's projects are usually commercial, residential, public, industrial or municipal; low-rise residential projects are rarely large enough to require significant amounts of structural steel.
Is that a prefab'd building? Those are pretty sweet. Just gone done detailing a building that was supposed to be prefab'd but they wanted us to fabricate it. We are losing our **** on it. It's pretty complex.
One of these days I'll grab some pics and put them up for you. The thing is f'n complex inside. Pre fab, yes. Pour the foundation and put tab A into slot B the entire thing. A husband and wife team actually put the entire frame of the structure together.

I might start twitching and having nightmares about this last job if you do that
