I had to repair the inner radiator on my 07 f150 screw yesterday because the fan shroud rubs on the radiator coils.

This will wear a hole in your radiator if not modified. Pull the fan shroud out and you can see where the radiator fins rub on the shroud (top and bottom). Trim the shroud!
