What would it take for you to sell your Bronco?

There was once a '90 model 4 door 1 ton Bronco in my area. Had F350 suspension, 460, and a C6. It was a hoss but the dude wanted 5k for it and that was too much for me to pay for it

If you look on JBG classifieds there is a 79 4 door bronco with a 460 all jacked up called papa smurf

Dropped in after a *bit* of a hiatus to click on this thread.
I'm thinking I should sell one of mine. I just have the two, both '94s, both stock as anything of that vintage, with the caveat that the Green one has a messed up left rear corner, thanks to an idjit in a GLI. At this point she's a bit of a project with a lack o time to do. A pity because I've had that one longer and have a lot of the troublesome bits fixed on her.
If someone were to offer 5k or 10k I'd go for it with only the verification of funds to slow me down. I'd not ask anything about their relative sanity.. out loud anyway.
Genmishief, I am curious though... How much would you sell just the Bronco for, without the wife??

Well, its hard to say who's prettier, the truck or her. So either way it would be a tough sell!

I have owned and sold many Broncos. Always got more for them than I paid but I did all the required repairs to make them safe and on top of that I USED them. That being said for me it would all depend on "what" the Bronco was... bush pig or street or even just a buckey of parts or a super clean rig. I currently own 3 Broncos. One 1980 Parts truck I paid 200 bucks for and runs perfect but for 200 I couldn't even think of replacing the parts I can take from it. That one even as it is mow would need to grab 1500 minimum as finding the parts are challenging. Especially a solid 302 and C6 w/Tcase and a 9 out back. My next one is my very well maintained "bush truck" , I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck cross country if I could afford the gas... LOL Solid tight truck and I would need at least 5g for that one even if the whole outside of the body has been boxliner sprayed and cutout fenders with a gutted interior. NOW, my third Bronco which was actually my first love!!!! This one is my baby. I bought it from the family that babysat me as a child. NEVER winter driven and garage or carport kept it's whole life. It is a 1980 with a 468 BB, NP435 and NP208 with D60 rear and hybrid D44 front on a SAS with countless other mods or what have you. I have been actually offered cash in hand for it 18,000 bucks. Told the guy I would think about it. Tld him I would be intrested at 25g. This happened before I did the SAS and such. Never thought twice about declining his offer either. And even now 25g would have to be handed to me in my grave!!!! This Bronco I have had in my life basically since I was born either via my babysitter or me owning it for the past 15yrs. My daughter asked me if I would ever sell it. I said never!!! She said good cause she wanted it when I was done with it. I can't put a number on it, for me I own it outright and still love it everyday. Would have to be a offer that was just absolutly insane and out of this world. And then still I would have to think about it!!!!

The very concept of trading something as useful and reliable as my Bronco for anything female makes my stomach do somersaults. It doesn't matter the name or the appearance... somebody somewhere is sick of her #$%^&!
Now if we are talking trading mine for another with say Annette Bening, Catherine Zeta Jones, Eliza Dushku, or Jennifer Connelly (so I like brunettes) to stand around and pose or wash it, ok lets bargain.

I was just kicking around the idea of selling my old 94 XLT with my wife, I do that from time to time. Its a perfectly good and reliable truck with only a tiny bit of rust. And every we do this, I look at KBB and NADA, and start looking at Ebay and Craigslist to see where they are really selling at.
I don't know if selling a Bronco with a married female will help the value or not perhaps you should list them seperately.
I would keep the Bronco and sell the wife if it were me personally.
As far as selling my Bronco I could probably let it go for around 5g's today and build a new one only with all the parts I was gonna put on this one. I think it would be hard to sell though but stranger things have happened.
