I tried removing my rear seat in order to do a thorough steam cleaning of my carpets. I couldn't get the rear seat bracket bolts out. They just seem to spin. Does anyone know if these are the type of bolts that are made to be non removable? I just removed the seat from the brackets, but it would be easier to do a good job with the bracket out.

 

Just trying to decide if they're worth fighting out
