f250- f350 driveshafts
97 F250 hd . I have just installed PMF rsk. I now have severe front driveshaft vibration.
Slip joint has had it.
Do I need a shaft made longer than stock or can I use 350 driveshaft?
Do I need new transfer case yoke? If so , source to buy?
What years fit?
Sorry for so many questions and this is no way caused by PMF rsk.
Thanks
Jim

You need a F350 double cardian drive shaft and yoke to go with it.
A Borg Warner 4407 was used in 96/97 in the F250/F350
So you will need a Yoke from a 96/97 f350 that has a 4407.
As far as a source, a used one from the junk yard or
Cary from http://www.ctperformanceinc.com had some new ones
You will also need the front driveshaft from the equivalent trans truck...IE 5speed to 5speed or e4od to e40d. they are different length. You can go all the way back to 87 for the driveshaft as there was no difference
