Transfer case question

I have a 1990 F250 5speed. Will the transfer case from a 1994 be the same?

The transfer case in my 1990 went out, will the transfer case from a 94 work? They both are 5 speeds. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I think they are both bw1356's. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

They should both be BW 1356's. As long as the 94 is a manually operated transfercase, it will bolt right in.
