Fair Price for Factory Aluminum Rims

Been looking into a set of factory aluminum wheels for my truck. I really like the look of them, and have some money coming in soon. So I ask, what is a fair price for a set of good condition aluminum wheels? Riveted and non-riveted. Thanks again guys.

Last year I scored 3 NOS sets (12 rims) from an auction from one of the many Ford dealerships that had recently closed here in CT. There is NO shortage of these wheels, believe me. If you'd like to go a bit cheaper route, there is a guy on ebay called wheels_tires_more that sells refurbs of these. They're excellent quality and hard to tell from new. I don't know how they fix the very edge of the rim where the wheel weights screw up & corrode, but they do. IIRC, they're around 110.00 shipped to your door. Pretty cheap in my book. Hope this helps!
Roger
ps, just in case you get these, you should consider internal stick-on weights vs. the old lead style which will ruin your rims...just a thought....

If what you're referring to are the American Racing Outlaw IIs, knowing the name of them may help your search. These are pretty popular aftermarket wheels, though, so be sure of the bolt pattern you're buying.

That's about what I figured. Found 2 sets of riveted ones locally through Car-Part. One was $160 for a set, the other unknown. Both supposidly in good shape. Emailed both companies and am awaiting replies.

I have notices the damage caused by the wheel weights. I will look into stick on weights.

They look like those, but are actual factory wheels. Here's what they look like:

Oh yeah, of course they're OEM, I have them on my truck. But they're also popular in the aftermarket, so they're everywhere. FWIW, I was just looking at these last week for my trailer, at $100 for the set. Didn't get to see the condition as they were already sold.

Ahh I see what your saying. I'll have to keep my eye out to make sure I find a genuine FORD set.

Factory wheels should have the 3 small screw holes to attach the center cap.

Got these from the local pic-a-part...

Evan, got enough weights on there? While checking air pressure, I noticed I must have thrown one offf mine...

Those aren't mine. That's what I'm looking for. Now that I think about it, that is a lot of weights. I don't even think my 33's have that many weights.

That's where I looked. Found 2 sets I'm looking into. Both listed in good condition. One set is $160, the other unknown. Awaiting a reply from the yards.

Evan,
I was looking under Las Vegas. That brings up yards in northern ca. I have dealt with two yards on this website with very good results. Its best to call I find.
