1985 f250 460 air injection and egr help

So the po of my truck messed up the routing of all my vacuum lines when he swapped to an edebrock 1406 and I have to get the egr and air injection working to get emissions. The 2 pumps are good and have belts in place, my question is the valves that controll the airflow, they have two nipples for vacuum lines, one is on underside and the other is a little bigger on the side of the valve, do both of the nipples need ported vacuum to operate and is it that simple. Also the egr line, is it as simple as feeding it ported vacuum also? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The egr is there and the truck has an edelbrock performer egr intake, the vacuum switches are there also just not currently hooked to anything, only vacuum hooked up is ported for advance and of course the power brake booster at the rear of the intake.

Post a picture of your Vehicle Emissions Control Information sticker on your radiator support under the hood and somebody here can tell you more. No, it's not as simple as what you're describing, these things are controlled by temperature-actuated vacuum control valves.

Here is my sticker for reference:

Im just looking for a quick way to hook these and the egr up so they function to get me through emissions, i cant even begin to understand the diagram and track all the hoses down and its worse because the factory holley is gone and the edelbrock doesnt have the same ports
