cab mount torque

What are the torque specs for the four cab mounts? Will a nylon nut be better to use than a lock washer and nut?
This is on a 64 ford f100. I should have been more specific. This question is for the torque specs for the rubber bushings that the cab sits on.

Nylon nut ? What kit comes with one ? Nylokz will be fine as would OEM, just keep on it as bushing fades.

R', my guess is when the feel is right it's fine. If torquing, 45lbs would be my guess. All parts oiled!! and new..
