You might contact the Speedway "Museum of American Speed", Lincoln NE. Bill Smith's museum has one of the largest collections of pedal cars I know of. They could likely tell you if such a pedal car ever existed and how rare it is if it did.
Or it depends how seriously ($$$$ you want to invest) you want one and how close the resemblance needs to be You could repaint a fairly available fire truck, customize a car one, or have one custom made in steel or fiberglass. I know there is a pretty nice FG 41 ****** pickup body available that could be reworked to resemble a 51 F1.

I found this older thread talking about effie pedal cars.
Sources look limited.

That thread mentioned this ebay item. You might try looking this guy up and see what options you might have.
1953 Ford F 100 Pedal Car Hot Rod Stroller 1 3 Scale Go Kart Fiberglass Body | eBay
These guys have a 53-55 body, maybe they could do something or you could work that body to look like yours...

That would be really cool if they had one. If they do it's got to be so rare that it would be worth a mint to get your hands on one. I just bought a late 60/ early70's AMF to restore a few months back and in researching about it I must have looked at every website and seen "almost" ever car out there. I never ran across a truck other than the common fire trucks. That would be really cool if they did make some trucks though and to be honest I'm really surprised they didn't. I guess back then trucks weren't cool like they are today since they were ment for real work back then. The coolest to me anyway car i found was on youtube and it was a Corvet or a Mustang (its been a while) with a engine in the back. It was barely big enough for an adult to squeeze into and drive. Really cool and not many were made so of course it's probably pretty expensive if you find one for sale.
