Intermittant idle?

Have 88BII. Quit on me coming home the other day managed to crank back up and keep going, then it started bogging down and then would take off again. Did that bout 3 times before finally getting to the house. Let it idle. Idled for a minute or two then it started idling down to where it was barely running, then it idled up again. It'll idle for a minute and then idle down and back up bout 6-8 times and then idle normal again. Anyways, have changed or re-built practically everything on it these past 6 years. Guy had it before me apparently never spent a damned nickel on it! Anyways the High Pressure Fuel Pump on the frame and the Fuel Pressure Regulator are bout the only things i know for sure i haven't changed. Soooo, i changed the Fuel Filter AND the Fuel Pressure Regulator and IT'S STILL DOING IT! Pulled the "Codes" and got a 67. Been getting that for past 6 years...something to do with the NDS Circuit whatever that is. Anyways, anybody got any ideas?

Int.Idle

Turned ignition on and pulled plug off of TPS. Checked and had 5 Volts on the supply side AND bout a 1/2Volt on the Ground! Not good. Plugged it back on and then opened Throttle wide open. Meter went from 1 to exactly 4 Volts. Aint it supposed to have 5? Then checked Resistance on the TPS. Held steady and when i went to WOT didn't move. Thought resistance was supposed to increase as throttle is opened...I dunno. Also pulled plug off of IAC while idling and was no change. Any suggestions?
