I'm looking at complete front and rear kits for my X. There's one listed with ceramic pads and one with semi-metallic pads. Which one will be best?? It is a 4X4 and will be used for towing. Surprising to me is that the ceramic pad kit is cheaper than the metallic.

 

I've had great success with many miles of VERY heavy towing with Hawk SuperDuty pads front and back.

 

Hawk SuperDuty, they make a huge difference.

Best for producing smoke and fade while pulling heavy loads in stop and go traffic. Yep.
