Need fuel injector harness

Does any one know where I might purchase a new or Good used fuel injector harness "only" for a 96/97 5.8l fuel injected engine?

You might be able to buy the complete engine harness from someone and then remove the portion you want or swap in the whole thing.. the injector portion is not a seperate piece.

You can get just the ends that plug into the injector. What exaCtly do you need?

The rats got into the wiring underneath the plenum chamber and chewed wire off to #3 &#4 injector connectors. Have taken them off and looked at replacement injector connector. The wiring on the new ones is about 2 gauges less than the orginal wiring. I also pulle a harness from a juncker and the wiring on the connectors is about one gauge less than the orginal.
I know that there is a restitance requirement on the injectors, 11 to 18 ohms I think. My injectors read 11 ohms with a hand held Fluke meter.
A question I would ask is, does the smaller diameter wire on the replacement injectors change the restiance on the whole harness to cause a problem?
Thank you, Jerry

Bigger wire is better, of course, but I'm sure it will work just fine with the smaller.

With 11 ohms and 14 volts, you're looking at around 1.25 amps of current. The gauge of the replacement wires shouldn't really matter unless they're hair-thin.
