Interesting that they list the oil-bath air cleaner like it's an option? The oil filter was optional up thru the BonusBuilts.

That is pretty amazing. A $40,000 truck today on the same 24 month contract is $384.62 per week. Something just doesn't quite compute.

Ross, on the oil bath air cleaner, 1956 was about the time when the car makers were changing to paper filters, and I'm guessing there was a lot of concern with some folks over the change, if they were 'as good' as the oil bath, much like we see still today right here on the forum sometimes. It's the marketing guys pandering to consumer fear.
