Hmmmm.... ExpyBoy's gonna have problems for sure. I'm *probably* gonna have problems even with the almost 33" MT's (they're gettin pretty worn down)

I can guarantee it will be just about impossible for any pickup to strap-out a high-centered X. Been there, done that, didn't work. Wound up getting a farm tractor with 8-foot tires to drag my *** out. Wish I'd have gotten pics of that. I haven't been THAT stuck since! (mostly 'cuz there's never anybody around that could possibly get me out).

HowEVER... if there are decent winch-points within 200' or so, I'm still game to give it a shot... if you promise to laugh WITH us and not AT us!! After all, ya wouldn't want to make us sport-ute soccer moms cry, would ya??

Oh, and like ExpyBoy said... we're pretty much committed to the Saturday AM thing. We promised to help out with some trail blazin'. If it's Sunday and my wife doesn't threaten to kick me out for d*ckin' around all weekend again, I'm game.

I'll look for ya on IM then. ExpyBoy... you got an AIM account?

there are plenty of winch points,.. the trail is fairly tight, and there are more then enough big trees for you to winch on, all i got to say is i wouldnt be surprised if the groups breaks up into 2, im fairly sure most of the guys that will be running bigger tires are not gonna wanna stick around for 30 mins while the smaller half of the groups gets stuck..... one other note about tipping over, youll see the holes that you are more likely to tip in, ill post pics later.

abaddriver, well as of now we still are not sure if we will be going saturday or sunday. i will let you know i got yer cell number so i will call you tonight and let you know. iif we decide to go sunday you can just ride along with me.
as for the winch points, like DNGR_RNGR said there are plenty of spots to winch too. if not we will have several vehicles that we can use as winch points.
so how many trucks we got goin now DNGR_RNGR?????? just a note it is sopposed to rain tomorow and let up on sunday. either way i am game. but sunday it seems like we will have more people.

At least One Expy for Sunday.. More than Likely 2.... Now IF we manage to do half as well as you folks expect.... I think a standing ovation would be in order.... VERY unmodified daily drivers .... I have abused mine pretty well in mud previously... The last good hole I ran the frame along the top of the rut the whole time bouncing along (literally it felt like I joined the PBR association, but for more than 8 seconds).... as long as the tires can get any traction I have been able to move forward... even if an inch at a time with the wheels spinning at 30MPH......

They have information on location etc. in there...

The other place would be just inside Virginny on I-81... There are awesome Fireroads just West of Harrisonburg

I got an E-Mail from him asking about it... When I replied the Webmaster here asked me to post it instead as it ended up in his personal inbox??!!??

The info is about the place we are going tomorrow.... There are "some" links to pics of people that have been there... Some of you oughta be at least a little impressed... Some of the beasts had HUGE lifts and Monster tires.....

We are going to help them clear the "not so difficult" (in other words for folks that don't have 10" lifts) trails... Then we get to play on them for the rest of the day....

BTW We REALLY need to make the mud boggin for Sunday... MWOLFE is really trying to arrange to come down and join in the fun... If a guy is willing to drive 3+ hours to play in the mud.... we oughta at least be around to watch dontcha think???
