Electrical problem?

I have a 1990 F Super Duty. 460 Gas engine.

It started to buck a little last night. I would be driving and it would just start bucking like I turned the key off and back on real fast.
It did it at slow speed and at highway speeds.

Today, it started doing it again, expect this time it would actually quit and not start until I popped the clutch or turned the key to start.

It would start bucking and once in a while it would backfire.

I need this fixed but I am not a Ford guy. Where do I start?
At first I thought maybe fuel pump, but I can switch tanks and it still does it on both tanks.

Almost forgot. The idle just started to stay real high also.

Thanks for any help.
